"CITY RESIDENTS CAN NOW CALL 311 WITH CONCERNS"

Continuing coverage by Mitch Gaylord, City Hall Reporter

PITTSBURGH (OCT. 23) UPDATED 8:37 p.m. - Mayoral spokesperson Dick Skrinjar has just confirmed for this news source that the very first official call to the new "Ravenstahl Response Line" was received just moments ago.

"It was from a Downtown lawyer who said he was concerned that a 26-year-old was running our city," said Skrinjar. "Our highly-trained staff told the caller that we take all concerns seriously, and will look into the matter and get back to him as soon as possible."
